Rassie Erasmus was 'naive' about impact of Siya Kolisi becoming first black Springboks captain

Kolisi was appointed Springboks captain last year having led the side temporarily when Eben Etzebeth was injured, but was handed the armband permanently by Erasmus shortly after.
